Options List

• Option One - Free of Charge

1. PCS will supply and install all equipment, signage, and monitor, maintain and insure at no cost to the client, excluding power supply.
2. PCS will retain 100% of the FPN revenue.
3. Cancellations of any FPN correctly issued by PCS: the recipient and the client will incur a charge of £20.00 cancellation charge to both parties, for the first month of service only, after this date cancellations will not be accepted.
4. PCS will supply, install and maintain signage and reserve the right to decide on quantity and type of signage (subject to survey). Both the client and PCS will agree on the design, as for the wording, that will be decided by legislation and our legal department. Should the client want an alternative type or quantity of signage, the client is responsible for the cost (all signs must be approved by PCS).
5. The client is responsible to provide a constant power supply — by an agreed date.
6. PCS reserves the right to decide on FPN price which will be £75.00 if paid within 7 days, and the document and enforcement policy and procedures (will be disclosed to client).
7. All relevant permits or authorised vehicles must be submitted by an agreed date and the daily or regular submissions to this list/database must be made within 24 hours of the vehicle leaving the controlled area, failure to do so will result in the FPN being issued and payable.
8. Minimum contract period is 2 years and no other method of parking control may be carried out either directly by the client or through a third party.

• Option Two - Installation & Monthly Fees

1. The client will retain 25% of all collected FPN fees value £75.00.
2. PCS will supply all ANPR cameras FREE of charge, but the client will be responsible to pay PCS for installation and a monthly fee as detail below.
3. The client has the right to cancel any FPN at any time (even once 24-hour period has expired), but at the cost of £20.00 to the client after the 24-hour period.
4. The client is responsible for the cost to provide a constant power supply — by an agreed date.
5. The minimum FPN value the client may request is £75.00 if paid within 7 days and is subject to our standard policy and procedures. Should the client wish to alter the FPN value, the percentage revenue received by them shall be adjusted accordingly (although minimum FPN value on this Option 2 is £50.00 FPN).
6. PCS will reserve the right to decide on quantity and type of signage (subject to survey). Both the client and PCS will agree on the design; as for the wording, that will be decided by legislation and our legal department. Should the client want an alternative type or quantity of signage, the client is responsible for the cost (all signs must be approved by PCS).
7. The client is responsible for the cost of insurance for equipment supplied on the car park.
8. All relevant permits or authorised vehicles must be submitted by an agreed date and the daily or regular submissions to this list/database must be made within 24 hours of the vehicle leaving the controlled area, failure to do so will result in the FPN being issued and £20.00 being payable as detailed in point 2.
9. Minimum contract period is 2 years and no other method of parking control may be carried out either directly by the client or through a third party.

Initial one-off costs and monthly fees:

1. Installation costs: £600.00 per day approx, for labour and materials (more detailed costs at survey time). As a guide, a 1-2 camera system should take approximately two days; and a 3-4 camera system four days.
2. The client will be responsible for the supply and installation of signage, all signage and quantity must be agreed by PCS, legislation and our legal department will decide installation of all signage, the minimum quantity and wording.
3. Should the equipment be vandalised, our standard call-out charge is £110 per hour (up to a maximum of £500.00 per day).
4. If a visit is required due to faulty equipment we will bear all costs and this is normally within 3 working days of reported fault.
5. We will charge the client £220.00 pcm, for management, monitoring, hardware, software, data quantity checks and implementing the site rules; also providing the client with a list of all offenders, displayed online with images.
6. Reporting and statistics will be FREE of charge showing an hourly breakdown of vehicle count, space availability, number of offenders, and number of permit holders or authorised vehicles.

• Option Three - Installation & Monthly Fees

1. Client will own all equipment on site and retain 100% of FPN revenue.
2. The client reserves the right to decide on FPN value if any (maximum starting fee £75.00).
3. The client reserves the right to cancellation fees and policy.
4. The client may cancel a FPN at any time, for any reason, without charge.
5. The client reserves the right to decide upon signage wording, quantity, FPN wording etc, providing it is legal and agreed by PCS.
6. Minimum contract period is 1 year, and no other method of parking control may be carried out either directly by the client or through a third party.

Initial one-off costs and monthly fees:

Monthly Fees:

1. Equipment insurance by the client.
2. Reporting and statistics will be charged at £340.00 pcm showing an hourly breakdown of vehicle count, space availability, number of offenders, and number of permit holders or authorised vehicles.
3. Permit management and or authorised vehicles/visitors online facility £220.00 pcm.
4. DVLA online application fee £120.00 pcm, preparation of a list of offenders to be pursued for breach of parking restrictions by client or ourselves.
5. Should the client wish for PCS to issue FPNs or warning letters on their behalf the cost will be £17.00 per single document.

All above prices are subject to VAT at the current UK rate excluding FPN values, which are inclusive.
